Refund Policy
Every MetaAdsAgency plan starts real work the moment it is paid: people are assigned to your account, onboarding and tracking checks begin and creative production is scheduled. For that reason payments are final. This policy is published by the administrator of the metaadsagency.com service. Questions go to [email protected].
1Payments are final
When a monthly or yearly plan is paid, the amount is not returned. This applies to the first payment, to every renewal and to the difference charged when you move to a higher plan or to yearly billing.
Before paying you can see the full scope of each plan on the pricing page and run a free store audit, so the decision to buy is made with full information.
2Situations that are never refunded
- You changed your mind after paying.
- You did not finish onboarding, did not grant partner access or did not use the plan.
- A renewal was charged because the plan was not cancelled in time.
- Results such as return on ad spend, cost per purchase or number of leads did not meet your expectations.
- Meta rejected ads, restricted your account or changed its products.
- You picked a plan that turned out larger or smaller than you needed.
- You cancel partway through a paid month or year and want the unused part back.
Ad spend is billed by Meta to your own ad account and never passes through us, so we cannot refund it.
3The three exceptions
- Double charge. If our system charged you twice for the same period, the duplicate is returned in full.
- Unauthorised charge. If a payment was made without the cardholder's permission and you report it to us within 14 days of the charge, with reasonable proof, we refund it and close the access it bought.
- Total failure of the service. If we delivered none of the work in your plan for a billing period because of a fault on our side, and you reported it to us while it was happening, the affected period is refunded.
Refunds under these exceptions go back to the original payment method. Write to [email protected] with the account email and the date of the charge.
4How cancelling works
You can cancel online at any time from the billing area of the client portal, without a call. Cancelling switches off the next renewal. It does not return the amount already charged, and the work in your plan continues until the paid period ends.
5Consumers in the European Union
The service is designed for businesses. If you nevertheless buy as a consumer living in the European Union, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online. That right ends once the service has started, provided that before paying you expressly asked for the work to begin straight away and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once it does.
If you did not give that consent and you withdraw within 14 days, you pay for the part of the service already delivered up to the moment you told us, and the rest is returned.
6What we keep on record
For every purchase we keep the acceptance of the terms, the date and amount of each charge, the 3D Secure authentication result and a log of the work done on your account. We use these records to answer refund requests and payment disputes.
7Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. Most problems are solved quickly by email. Opening a chargeback without contacting us first breaks the Terms of Service, and the account and any running work are closed while the dispute is open.
