Ecommerce Facebook Ads Agency
Online stores live or die on three numbers that Meta never shows on one screen, namely cost per first purchase, contribution margin after ad spend and how much of your revenue comes from new customers. Our work is organised around those numbers, and the portal reports them every week next to what Ads Manager says.
An ecommerce Facebook ads agency runs the paid social side of an online store for you, from catalog campaigns and new creative every week to Pixel and Conversions API tracking. We do that for a flat monthly fee set by your ad spend band, not a cut of your budget.
01
Why online stores struggle on Meta after the first 20k a month
Most stores reach their first profitable month on Facebook and Instagram with a handful of winning ads and a broad audience. The trouble starts when the budget grows. The same three creatives fatigue, frequency climbs, and the algorithm keeps spending on people who already bought, so reported ROAS looks fine while new customer revenue stalls.
The second problem is signal. Browser privacy changes, ad blockers and cross-device journeys mean the Pixel alone misses a meaningful share of purchases. When Meta sees fewer conversions, it optimises on a thinner, noisier sample and costs drift upward for reasons that have nothing to do with your product.
The third problem is the catalog. A product feed with missing sale prices, broken images or out-of-stock items still marked available quietly wastes spend on catalog ads and Advantage+ shopping campaigns. Few teams check the feed after the day it was connected.
02
What we run for an online store
- Prospecting with broad targeting and Advantage+ shopping campaigns, with existing customers excluded or capped so spend goes to new buyers.
- Dynamic catalog ads for people who viewed products, segmented by product set (bestsellers, new arrivals, high margin lines).
- A weekly creative pipeline of statics, short motion edits and UGC ads for online stores that test new angles, not just new colours.
- Clean measurement through Conversions API setup with event deduplication, so Meta counts every purchase once.
- Landing page and product page tests where the ad promise and the page do not match.
03
Creative angles that tend to work for ecommerce
Ecommerce creative is not one style. A product with a visible problem and solution (stain remover, phone grip, posture corrector) sells through demonstration in the first two seconds. A product people buy for how it makes them look or feel (jewellery, apparel, homeware) sells through context and aspiration, so lifestyle shots and creator videos beat white background packshots.
Across categories, a few formats earn their place in almost every account we see. Founder or maker videos explaining why the product exists, comparison frames against the cheaper alternative, unboxing clips that show packaging and size honestly, and price anchoring ads around bundles or free shipping thresholds. We rotate these through a structured test so each new ad answers one question, which is the core of our creative testing service.
04
Tracking notes for online stores
We start every ecommerce account with a tracking review before a single ad goes live. That covers the standard events your store fires (ViewContent, AddToCart, InitiateCheckout, Purchase), whether value and currency are passed on every purchase, whether the server events carry the same event ID as the browser events, and the match quality score of your purchase event.
Then we check the catalog. Product IDs in the feed have to match the content IDs your Pixel sends, otherwise retargeting and Advantage+ catalog ads cannot connect a viewed product to the right ad. Mismatched IDs are one of the most common faults we find in a free audit.
05
Which plan fits an online store
The fee stays flat inside the band, so adding budget does not add to our invoice. If your spend moves into the next band for two weeks in a row, the portal shows an upgrade prompt and you decide. Annual billing takes 20 percent off. Full details are on our pricing page.
| Monthly Meta ad spend | Usual plan | What the band gives you |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 50k USD | Growth, 3,000 USD a month | 12 new creatives, 2 UGC-style videos, one landing page test, weekly report |
| 50k to 150k USD | Scale, 6,000 USD a month | 30 creatives, 6 UGC videos, two page tests, up to 3 countries |
| Above 150k USD | Enterprise, 12,000 USD a month | 60 creatives, 12 UGC videos, four page tests, unlimited countries |

How a store gets started
You pay for a plan online, fill in the brief (products, margins if you want to share them, target cost per purchase, markets), then add our business as a partner on your ad account, Pixel, catalog, Page and Instagram account. The portal checks each asset and shows what is still missing. The first week is tracking and catalog fixes; the first creatives go to you for approval in the portal before anything launches. Shopify stores have a few extra steps, covered on our Shopify Facebook ads agency page.
