How Our Facebook Ads Agency Works
Our Facebook ads agency process has five steps. You choose a plan and pay online, fill in a brief, add us as a partner in your Business Settings, approve the first creatives and campaign plan in the portal, then get reports every week.
No discovery call sits anywhere in that sequence. Every question, file and decision goes through the client portal, so you always have a written record of what was agreed and when.
01 · The sequence
From choosing a plan to the first report
Each step unlocks the next one in the portal, and you can see at a glance which step you are on and what we are waiting for.
-
1
Choose a plan and pay
Pick Growth, Scale or Enterprise by your monthly Meta spend. Yearly billing is selected by default with 20 percent off, and you can switch to monthly before you pay. Details are on the pricing page.
-
2
Fill in the brief
Products, average order value, margins if you want to share them, target cost per purchase or per lead, markets, competitors, brand assets and a list of things we must never say.
-
3
Grant partner access
In your Business Settings you add our Business Portfolio as a partner and share the ad account, Pixel or dataset, catalog, Page and Instagram account. The portal checks each asset and shows its status.
-
4
Approve and launch
The first creatives and the campaign plan arrive in the portal. You approve them, ask for changes, or let the 72 hour rule approve them for you.
-
5
Weekly reporting
Once campaigns run, the live dashboard fills up and the written report arrives on a fixed day, with what changed, why, and what comes next.

02 · Onboarding
What happens in your first four weeks
Week 1. The portal opens on the day you pay. You work through the brief and the partner access checklist, and as soon as access is verified we audit the tracking in your live account, comparing Pixel and Conversions API events, deduplication and event match quality before we touch any budget.
Week 2. We write the campaign plan and produce the first batch of ads from your brief, your reviews and what the account history shows. Both go to the portal for approval, together with the tracking fixes we recommend.
Week 3. Approved campaigns go live. Budgets start conservatively while Meta gathers enough conversions, and the first creative tests run under a hypothesis written before launch.
Week 4. The first test verdicts land in the test log, the next creative batch is in production and the first strategy review is booked in the portal at the cadence of your plan.
The timing depends on how fast the brief and partner access are completed and on your approvals. It describes our process, not a promised result.
03 · Approvals
Approvals that never stall the work
Every new creative and every campaign launch needs an approval. You can approve with one click, request changes with a comment, or leave it. An item that waits 72 hours without an answer is approved automatically, so production does not stop because someone was travelling.
If you prefer to sign off on everything yourself, switch the 72 hour rule off in the portal and nothing goes live without your click. Each decision is logged with who made it and when.
04 · Cadence
Reporting and strategy reviews by plan
The live dashboard shows spend, purchases or leads, cost per result, ROAS, click rate, hook rate and frequency by campaign and by creative. The written reports and reviews follow the cadence of your plan.
| Growth | Scale | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Written reports | Weekly | Twice a week | Daily pulse plus weekly deep dive |
| Strategy review | Monthly | Every two weeks | Weekly |
| Reply time in portal messages | 1 business day | 4 business hours | 2 business hours, named lead strategist |
| New ad creatives a month | 12 | 30 | 60 |
| UGC-style videos a month | 2 | 6 | 12 |
