Meta Ads Agency in the United States
We are a remote, independent agency and do not keep an office in the US. What matters for a US brand is that the work fits US rules, US shopping habits and your team's working hours, and the sections below explain how it does.
Looking for a Meta ads agency in the United States? We run Facebook and Instagram advertising for US ecommerce, DTC and lead generation brands for a flat monthly fee in USD, with onboarding, approvals and reporting handled in an online portal rather than on sales calls.

01
Pricing and billing for US companies
Every plan is billed in US dollars, the same currency most US ad accounts spend in, so there is no conversion between your Meta invoice and ours. Growth costs 3,000 USD a month for ad spend up to 50k USD, Scale 6,000 USD for spend up to 150k USD, and Enterprise 12,000 USD above that. Annual prepayment takes 20 percent off. Our fee is never a percentage of spend. All details are on our pricing page.
Our invoices show the fee and the tax treatment calculated at checkout from your billing address. US sales tax rules for services vary by state, so your finance team should check how a marketing service invoice is treated where you are based.
02
Time zones and how the portal works across them
The US spans six time zones, and many brands have a team on one coast and a warehouse on the other. Your ad account reports in the time zone chosen when it was created, and our dashboard follows that setting, so a day in our reports is the same day you see in Ads Manager. Weekly reports publish on a fixed weekday, approvals and messages sit in the portal, and the response window for your plan, from one business day on Growth to two business hours on Enterprise, is stated in writing.
03
US privacy laws and Meta tracking
The US has no single federal privacy law for advertising data. Instead, California's CCPA as amended by the CPRA, and comparable laws in a growing list of states including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon, give consumers rights to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal data for targeted advertising. For Meta advertisers this has practical effects.
We configure tracking with these options and document the setup, while your legal adviser decides the policy. Health, finance, housing, employment and credit advertisers face additional rules covered on our financial services page.
- Your site should honour opt-out requests and browser signals such as Global Privacy Control where the law requires it.
- Meta's Limited Data Use option can be passed with events from users in states where it applies, so data is processed in a restricted way.
- Server events sent through the Conversions API carry the same obligations as the Pixel; consent and opt-out state must travel with them.
04
Shopping behaviour that shapes US campaigns
The US calendar has strong peaks. Black Friday and Cyber Monday dominate the fourth quarter, with rising auction costs from early November, while Mother's Day, Father's Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July and back to school create secondary peaks. Free shipping thresholds and fast delivery promises carry a lot of weight with US shoppers, and buy now pay later messaging is common at higher price points. We plan creative and budgets around your calendar so peak season ads are ready weeks before costs rise.
05
Creative and language for American audiences
US creative uses American spelling and units, prices in dollars with no ambiguity, and a direct tone. Regional nuance still matters; a winter campaign in Florida and in Minnesota should not look the same. Creators are sourced and licensed for US paid usage, with disclosures that follow FTC endorsement guidance. Spanish-language creative for Hispanic audiences can be part of the creative allowance when it suits your brand and you can support Spanish-speaking customers.
