MetaAdsAgency is an independent performance agency that runs Facebook and Instagram ads for e-commerce, DTC and lead generation brands on a flat monthly fee. The first thing we do for anyone, paying or not, is look at the store the ads will send people to.
Paste a URL and our audit fetches up to five public pages, runs 26 checks across five areas and writes ten creative angles for your product. It reads only what any visitor can see, it never asks for access to your ad account, and it finishes in about two minutes. The overall score, the tracking card and three creative ideas are visible straight away. The rest unlocks with a free account.
Why start here? Because most wasted spend on Meta is not a bidding problem. It is a missing purchase event, a product feed without prices, or a landing page that takes four seconds to show the offer on a phone. Those are fixed before a single new ad goes live.

02 · Services
Everything a Meta account needs, run by one team
Lower cost per purchase comes from many small things done every week. Every plan includes strategy, media buying, creative production, testing, tracking and reporting. The plan you pick sets how much of each you get per month, never which of them you get.
Media buying and scaling
Senior buyers structure your account around the way Meta delivers today: fewer, broader campaigns, budgets moved on cost per purchase, not on gut feeling. Spend goes up when the numbers hold and comes down the day they do not.
Each frame ships with hook, angle and audience. Sample hooks.
Ad creative, static and motion
A steady flow of new ads every month, written from your reviews, your margins and the questions customers ask before they buy. Each creative ships with its hook, angle and audience written down, so nothing is a guess.
Short vertical videos made by real creators who hold usage rights agreements, briefed by us and cut into hooks for Reels and Stories. You keep the files and the rights that come with your plan.
Product sets that make sense to the algorithm and to a person scrolling: clean titles, the right images first, sets for bestsellers, new arrivals and margin leaders, and dynamic ads that follow people who viewed a product.
Pixel and Conversions API working together with event deduplication, clean UTM rules and, on Scale and Enterprise, offline and CRM conversions. Meta can only optimise for the purchases it can see.
The page after the click decides what the click was worth. We test headlines, offers and page structure on the pages your ads point to, one change at a time, and keep a log of what moved conversion rate.
Lower cost per purchase, because we ship and test new creatives every month
Creative is the biggest lever left in a Meta account. Targeting is mostly automated, bidding is mostly automated, and the ad itself decides who sees it. Growth gets 12 new creatives a month, Scale 30 and Enterprise 60. Each one goes into a test log with a hypothesis, a budget and a result, which you see in your portal as it happens.
We judge a creative on hook rate in the first three seconds, click-through rate, and above all on cost per purchase or cost per qualified lead. Winners get budget and variations. Losers get retired, and the log keeps the lesson.

03 · How it works
From payment to live campaigns without a single call
Agencies usually start with three discovery calls, a proposal deck and a contract negotiation. We replaced all of that with four steps you complete online, at your own pace, with everything in writing.
1
Pick the plan for your spend band and pay
Choose Growth, Scale or Enterprise by how much you spend on Meta each month. Annual billing is the default and saves 20 percent, monthly billing renews month to month. Payment is by card with 3D Secure, and the invoice lands in your billing page right away.

Fill in the brief in your portal
Tell us what you sell, your average order value, the cost per purchase or per lead you can afford, the markets you sell in and the things we must never say. Upload brand assets, product photos and the competitors you watch. Margins are optional, but they let us optimise for profit instead of revenue.

Give us partner access, keep the keys
In your own Business Settings you add our Business Portfolio ID as a partner and share the ad account, the dataset behind your Pixel, your catalog, Page and Instagram account. The portal walks you through it screen by screen and checks each asset as it arrives. Nothing moves to an account we own.

Approve and launch
We start with a tracking audit of your real account, then send the first creatives and the campaign plan to your portal for approval. Approve, ask for changes, or let the 72 hour rule approve them for you. You can switch that rule off. From launch on, the dashboard shows spend, purchases or leads, CPA and ROAS by campaign and by creative.

Questions at any step go through threaded messages in the portal, answered within one business day on Growth, four business hours on Scale and two on Enterprise. Everything we agree is written down where your whole team can read it.
04 · Fees
Flat fee or a percentage of your spend, with your own numbers
Most agencies charge 10 to 20 percent of what you spend on ads. That means their fee grows every time you scale, even when the work stays the same. We charge a flat monthly fee by spend band, and you pay Meta directly for the media.
Move the sliders to your own spend and the percentage you pay today, or were quoted. The calculator picks the plan that covers your spend and shows the difference per month and per year. No setup fee on our side, and no percentage of spend at any size.

You keep per month
$2,400
Over 12 months
$28,800
At low spend a percentage can cost less than a flat fee. That is honest arithmetic: our plans are built for brands spending 20,000 USD a month and more, where the work is the same and the percentage keeps climbing.
Calculated in your browser from the numbers you set. Ad spend is paid by you to Meta and is never part of our fee.
When your spend grows past your band for two weeks in a row, the portal shows an upgrade with the new price before anything changes. Moving up charges the difference right away, never silently at the next renewal.
05 · For the person who signs
Built for the founder, CMO or CFO who approves the fee
You are not buying clicks. You are buying contribution margin, a team that does the work every week, and a way out if it stops working. Here is what you are signing up for.
Worked example, hypothetical numbers

Monthly ad spend today

Blended cost per purchase today
$40.00
Purchases per month
1,250

$36.00
Spend needed for the same 1,250 purchases
$45,000
Freed up every month
$5,000
Growth plan, billed yearly
$2,400
In this example the freed-up budget covers the fee twice over, or buys about 139 more purchases at the new cost. It is arithmetic, not a forecast: we do not promise a result, and nobody honestly can. We commit to the process that moves these numbers, which is creative volume, a fixed test cadence and clean tracking. Put your own figures into the calculator above.
Predictable cost
One flat fee by spend band. Scaling your spend from 30,000 to 45,000 USD a month does not change our invoice, so the budget conversation is about media, not about our cut.
Month to month, or a year at 20 percent off
Monthly billing renews each month and cancels online in two clicks from the billing page. Annual billing is prepaid and costs 20 percent less. Payments are final, the way our refund policy says, and there is no notice period to negotiate.
Everything in writing
Briefs, approvals, test results, weekly reports and every message live in one portal your team can read. Nobody has to remember what was said on a call, because there was no call.
Your account, your data
We work as a partner inside your own Business Portfolio. Remove our access at any moment and the ad account, the Pixel history, the audiences and every creative made on your plan stay exactly where they are.
06 · Industries
Online stores, DTC brands and lead generation
The mechanics of Meta are the same for everyone. What changes is the event you optimise for, the offer that converts, and the rules your industry has to follow. We run two kinds of accounts and we run them well.
Stores and DTC brands optimise for purchases and repeat purchases, with catalog campaigns and a constant supply of product creative. Lead generation businesses optimise for qualified leads, which means lead forms or landing pages connected to the CRM, so Meta learns from the leads that turned into customers, not from every form fill.
You keep the ad account, the Pixel and every creative
The quiet risk of hiring an agency is ending up with your history inside their account. With us that cannot happen, because we never hold it in the first place.
Partner access only
We never ask for your login, never create the ad account for you and never move assets into a portfolio we own. You add us as a partner, you can remove us the same way.
Your creatives are yours
Every ad, image and video produced under your plan is delivered to your portal and stays usable after you leave, within the usage rights agreed with the creators.
Roles for your team
Owner, marketer, viewer and finance roles in the portal, so your bookkeeper sees invoices and your agency partner sees reports, nothing more. Enterprise adds single sign-on with Google or Microsoft and an audit log.
You pay Meta, not us
Media is billed by Meta to your own payment method. We never sit between you and your ad spend, and our fee is the only thing on our invoice.
Pick the band that covers your monthly Meta spend. The plan sets how many creatives, videos and tests you get each month, how often we report and how fast we reply. Every plan includes strategy, media buying, tracking and the live dashboard.
Custom server-side tracking, multi-domain, every country
Unlimited seats, SSO, audit log, invoicing with PO number
Prices in USD. No setup fee and no percentage of your ad spend: you pay the ad platforms directly. Card payment with 3D Secure. Moving to a higher band charges the difference right away. Payments are final, as set out in our refund policy.
09 · Questions
Questions buyers ask before they pay
Straight answers, the same ones you would get from us in writing. Anything else goes to [email protected].
Because the work of running a 60,000 USD account is not twice the work of a 30,000 USD account, and a percentage pretends it is. A flat fee by spend band keeps our income tied to the work, not to how much you spend. When your spend stays above your band for two weeks in a row, the portal shows an upgrade with the new price. You decide, and moving up charges the difference right away. Nothing changes silently.
No. You pick a plan, pay online, fill in the brief, give us partner access and approve the first creatives, all in the portal. If you have a question at any step, you send it as a message in the portal and the team answers in writing within your plan's response time.
You do. We work through partner access inside your own Business Portfolio, so the ad account, the Pixel and dataset, the catalog and the audiences never leave it. Creatives produced under your plan are delivered to your portal and stay yours to use after you leave, within the usage rights agreed with creators.
No negotiated contract and no notice period. Monthly billing renews each month and you can cancel online, which stops the next renewal. Annual billing is prepaid for twelve months and costs 20 percent less. Payments are final, with the exceptions listed in our refund policy: a double charge, a proven unauthorised charge or a total failure of the service.
As fast as the onboarding steps allow. First we audit tracking in your real account, because launching on broken events wastes money. Then the first creatives and the campaign plan go to your portal for approval, and campaigns launch once they are approved. You see each step and its status on the onboarding timeline, so you always know what is waiting and on whom.
No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. Results depend on your product, margins, offer and market. What we commit to is the process that moves results: the number of new creatives each month, a fixed testing cadence, clean tracking, regular strategy reviews and reporting you can check at any time in the live dashboard.
No. MetaAdsAgency is an independent agency and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. We use the names to describe the platforms we work on.
Yes, it is the first thing we check. Every plan includes Meta Pixel and Conversions API working together with event deduplication, prioritised events and consistent UTM rules. Scale adds offline and CRM conversions, so lead and phone sales count. Enterprise adds custom server-side setups and multi-domain tracking.
A completed brief, your brand assets and product photos, partner access to the ad account and related assets, and timely approvals. Approvals happen in the portal with one click. If an item waits 72 hours without an answer it is approved automatically, so work never stalls. You can switch that rule off and approve everything by hand.
Meta is what we do, and every plan is built around Facebook and Instagram. Keeping one channel lets us go deeper on creative, tracking and testing than a generalist agency can. If you run other channels, our weekly reports use UTM-based numbers that sit cleanly next to them in your own analytics.
See what your store is telling Meta, in two minutes
Run the free audit on your own URL. If you like what you see, the plan for your spend band is one click away and onboarding starts in the portal the same day. If you do not, you keep the findings anyway.
